FAQ
Answers to common questions about environments, deployments, and access.
Are environments isolated?#
Yes. Resource names, service discovery, and default network policies are environment-scoped. Shared access requires an explicit policy. Workspace administrators can inspect environments according to their assigned roles.
Can I apply the same manifest again?#
Yes. Apply reconciles the desired state and is designed to be idempotent. If a manifest describes the current state, no new service revision is created. External actions performed by application code are outside this guarantee.
Does rollback restore my database?#
No. A service rollback restores the selected runtime revision. Database recovery is a separate workflow using application-aware backups or storage snapshots. Plan compatible schema changes before deploying.
How are API versions supported?#
Clients select an API major version in the URL. Backward-compatible fields may be added within a major version. Integrations should tolerate additional response fields and consult the changelog before upgrading an SDK.
Where can I access the example platform?#
This site is an independent documentation demonstration for a fictional platform. It does not offer cloud accounts, downloadable CLI releases, or an operational public API. Example domains ending in .example are documentation-only names.
